Mini fan broke my phone

Ok so My friend bought a mini fan for $3 and she used it for hours didn't break her phone so I plugged it in my phone for about 20 min 2 days in a row like she did but she done it longer and it screwed up my phone not hers I didn't know about this until today but I bought a mini fan from amazon and it works fine in all my friends phones except it won't work in my phone I tried old phones 5s,7,6s,6s+,7+,5c, all the phones but it won't seem to work in mine my phone still works but the charging port is messed up I think I'm going to the store tomorrow and see what is going on

Hi

When using electronic accessories with your iPhone, ensure that they are either genuine Apple products or that they have been certified as Made for iPhone under the MFi program. Certified items come with the "Made for iPhone" logo on them and/or on their packaging.

Using uncertified or counterfeit accessories may damage your iPhone and/or adversely affect operation. Apple's warranty does not cover damage caused by use with a third party product that does not meet Apple's specifications.

I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for your iPhone to be inspected and to establish your available service options:
