Education: wired keyboard & mouse essential

I am considering new iMacs for our university department. However, being an 'open' lab/classroom space I am concerned that Apple will only supply bluetooth mouse and keyboard. This is impractical in education, of course.
Can I order Apple wired mouse and keyboard with iMacs without additional cost in the near future (December 2017)?

We have been using inexpensive Logitech MK120 Keyboard/Mouse Combo's with our Mac's for about 5 years.

We lost one K120 keyboard last year to a bad spill. Still much better odds in-comparison to, the none-working name-brand ones piled in the back room.

Thank you but ours is a DESIGN lab/ studio with 46 iMacs. We have 3 such labs and two classrooms with 13 iMacs per room. I think it would look poor to see Apple iMacs paired with other vendor peripherals. Not the holistic design image of Jony Ive surely. I may have to persuade the university to keep the current wired Apple mouse and keyboard during the upgrade.

I wonder how schools using current Apple iMacs are managing? Anyone?

Maybe Apple Education provide wired peripherals, hence my mail to them but they re-directed me here.
