photo during bad login attempt

I have just read about the guy who found (with help of police) out who stole his tablet (Android type) because he installed the app which takes the photo of everyone trying to login to his tablet without success (at second password attempt AFAIK). Is there an app that does if for the iPhone? It would be best if it did not require rooting.
