Google Search Suggestions Not Appearing

Question

When I type something into Google, no suggestions/autocompletes appear. It doesn&#x27;t matter whether I&#x27;m logged in or not (on Google), nothing appears.Here are a list of things I&#x27;ve investigated:When using a private window on Safari, search suggestions appear whether I&#x27;m logged in or not.On Google Chrome, search suggestions appear whether I&#x27;m logged in or not.On Firefox, search suggestions appear whether I&#x27;m logged in or not.If I search something and press enter, the next time I click on the search bar at the top of the results, the suggestions appear only until I begin typing again.I don&#x27;t know if it&#x27;s a browser or Google search setting problem.Any suggestions are appreciated.Thanks.

Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. Then try Safari/History/Show History and delete all history items.  Quit/reopen Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History…. The down side is it clears all cookies. Doing this may cause some sites to no longer recognize your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J.  When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder.  Select Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db and move it to the trash.Go to Safari Preferences/Extensions and turn all extensions off. Test. Thank you, I tried everything except "Clear History" as I do not want to clear my cookies but I will do so if I need to. You are welcome. I don&#x27;t see anything suspicious in the report.To clear the history and keep web site data, hold down the option/alt key while going Safari/Clear History.Does another search engine give you any results?

Try going to Safari/Preferences/Privacy/Manage Website Data and delete the Google cookies.

Bing and Yahoo give me results as I type. It seems to only be Google on a regular Safari window.
