Account recovery process

Hello guys,

about 10 days ago I lunched and account recovery from Apple - iForgot, they took my phone number and mentioned that they will call with instructions soon.

Today I received an automated call from apple support, the machine said that I can recover my account through going to apple.com/revocer.

I went to that website, entered my apple id and then provided my phone number and this is what I got

I would highly appreciate if someone can help me with this.
