My iPad has repeated been hacked. I have factory reset to no avail. Within a couple of months the issue returns. i have pictures that show multiple logins on twitter. Facebook had me logged in with iPhone and my iPad. I don't own an iPhone. Was playing a game the other night on the iPad and it told me I had to log out of the other device first. Screen shot of that as well. Help?? I just want it to stop.

I believe it is the iPad, the one incident with the game is not connected to any account. The iPad itself does random things. it has not been jail broke. has been in possession of members of house. I want to catch said hacker and need help.
It could be and me not know it. This is an example of one of the messages I got. I have not logged into this game with Facebook or twitter. I actually deleted Facebook due to this issue. I get messages like this all the time that I am logged into multiple devices. Or it will show a device that I don't own.
I suggest that it is not the iPad being hacked, it is your particular accounts you are using that are. Unless your iPad is jailbroken, or has been in possession of someone to do that, it is not hacked. You need to deal with the accounts you are referring to here, such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
If you restored the device to factory, then it should have removed anything. If you say it isn't jailbroken, then it isn't hacked. Someone would have to jailbreak the device to install software to allow for any remote access to the device.
When you restore your iPad, are you using your backup? If so, restore the device to factory, and set it up as new. That would remove any doubt about anyone's access to your device, although I don't believe that is the issue.
Not sure what you determine as weird things on the iPad screen, but you can make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store and show them these weird things, and have them examine the device. If you are not using any backup information when using the device, then there could be something wrong with the device.

Again, that means there is an issue with that app and or account, not the iPad.
And it's multiple applications, or things I'm doing. And games I play as a guest any more
I have set it up as new. Multiple times. It stops for a few days or weeks and then starts right back up. And I get weird things on the iPad screen itself.
iPad hacking won't stop.
