iTunes not downloading 10.3.3

4 days ago against my better judgment but my iPhone 6s was acting so bad I did the update to 10.3.3 somewhere in the middle of it it's stopped and went into recovery mode .. iTunes symbol with the charger ... I got on my Mac Mini when in to iTunes and tried to do the 10.3.3 update from iTunes .... it starts to download then I get a pop up error 6009 ... all my other devices have no issues with Wi-Fi .... I even changed the spot of the USB port ... I checked to make sure firewall is turned off ... i've shut down the Mac several times ... I even turned back off unplugged it for 15 seconds plug it back in and turned it back on and still getting the same results .... I have talked to several senior advisers from Apple over the last four days and no one has been able to help me fix the issue .... I do not want to lose my photos and videos Can anyone please help me because Apple seems to not be able to somehow I need to be able to download the 10.3.3 and tried to get it to do it to the phone so I can get the phone back on without losing anything
