What are, TextInput and keyboard data ( Chinese and Japanese keyboard ) doing in iCloud backup?

Anybody seen similar data in their cloud backup? I've only noticed it within, say 14 days-ish. Why no thumbnail for either? I've read that it's possible they belong with data from creating word or phase shortcuts, but I don't have any. It seems certain letters on apple keyboard, when tapped , cause 3D Touch, don't end up in whatever word I'm spelling, and don't produce any 3DT action. I'm new to the 3DT and adjusted to 3rd setting, and it's stopped, but I can't say either way, what solved it, due to similatenous correction. I did have Tenor, emoji, Google and Jib jab keyboards in edition to std. Qwerty, but have nixed them, as well. I've done multiple hard restarts, thru settings completely erased iPhone, then set it up as new phone, did use my same appleid though, at least 4-5 x's. only to have them return. Please, im not a paranoid person, nor a social elite, But is it really that lucrative to simply aggregate any data possible, that someone is logging my, basic, insane and pathetic, key strokes, while hacking this phone?
