iPad Driven Multi Room Audio System

Im looking to set up a home audio system using built into the wall iPad in order to control it. I would like to be able to play music to 4 zones separately but also play across all 4 simultaneously. I have access to both a wired and wireless connection and the speakers will be built into the ceiling so any wiring is not a problem.
