app called Trivia Crack

Trivia Crack Icon popped up on my iPad and I can not delete it. I am able to delete other Icons but not this one. Can someone please help me. I am not even sure why this is on my screen as I do not play games. I have already tried to wiggle the icon and delete the popup will ask me to confirm the delete which I do but it does not delete, I have done this several times but it keeps coming back.. I might add it acts differently than usual for instance I can delete another icon and it deletes right away. Also the Trivia Crack program is does not seem to be as bright as the others if that makes any sense. Any help would be appreciated.

Just tap and hold the icon

Your screen will start wiggling

And an X appears next to each of the apps you have installed via apps Store

Tap the X next to the icon you want to remove

When prompted select delete

And now it is gone

I have rebooted and there is No progress as in it's not downloading I also tried to click on it and it does absolutely nothing. I went on my computer to see if I could locate on my Facebook under apps (there is nothing) However there is a game called Trivia Crack but it is not a game that I play but it does come up when I search in Facebook. If this helps

This is on my iPad the icon I can not remove.

Does the app show in Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage, and if it does have you tried selecting and deleting it via there ?

Or if you download the app on your computer's iTunes so that it's in its library, if you then connect the iPad and select its Apps tab can you delete or install the app properly (so that you can then try the 'x') via the listbox of apps, or try deleting it via the screen mock-ups that show on that tab ?
