Follow the same instructions in my previous reply (posted over two years ago), which is shown at the top of this thread as "Apple recommended". The same instructions apply to everyone. Repeating the same question yet again has not changed the answer.

I know you are trying to help, but repeating the same answer is not going to help either. If you'd read my message, you'll see that I do not find an option to contact Apple Support in my country (India), possibly due to Covid. So your answer at the beginning of the thread is not helpful for me at all.

I am posting here to see if any one who is in a similar situation managed to get it resolved, and if yes, how.

At first, when i registered to ios,

we didnt put security answers.

when i tried to reset the answers, it outputed that there isn't enough information.

is there a chance that i could reset my ios without deleate all of the iphone info?
