Callers can only hear me on my 5S if I use headphones (and I can hear them). If I use speaker, I can hear them, but they can't hear me. I've tried restarting the phone, cleaning out the headphone port, speaker holes, and I have the latest version (IOS 10.3.3). Also notice that when I adjust the volume, screen says "headphones" even when they aren't plugged in - can't remember what it said previously, but perhaps all related. This just started yesterday. Anyone have similar issues?

With your iPhone stuck in headphone mode, Apple advises that you should contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:

If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you don't hear any sound, your speaker might need service. Contact Apple Support.

It sounds like you tried the other steps in this article:

My suggestion is that you make a reservation at a Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you:
