I can only hear callers on my 5S when using speaker, but they can't hear me. Only way it works is when I use headphones. Then we can hear each other fine. Music doesn't play on speaker - only calls. Anybody have this issue?

Callers can only hear me on my 5S if I use headphones (and I can hear them). If I use speaker, I can hear them, but they can't hear me. I've tried restarting the phone, cleaning out the headphone port, speaker holes, and I have the latest version (IOS 10.3.3). Also notice that when I adjust the volume, screen says "headphones" even when they aren't plugged in - can't remember what it said previously, but perhaps all related. This just started yesterday. Anyone have similar issues?

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.3.3

If you don't hear any sound, your speaker might need service. Contact Apple Support.

It sounds like you tried the other steps in this article:

My suggestion is that you make a reservation at a Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you:
