What is using a specific port number on my network?

I have just acquired a TP-Link camera which as to be set to port 2020 so that it can be used with Synology Surveillance Station. The only problem is that when I connect to the camera via it's IP to try and change it it says that something is already using the port on the network.

Is there a quick way to figure out what is using that port on the network?

Apple since 1992

So I used "arp -a" in terminal to give me a list of all the devices on my network and then I used Network Utility (Sys/Lib/CoreServices/Apps) to do a Port Scan on each device without success and then just out of interest did it to the camera and voila:

Open TCP Port: 80 http

Open TCP Port: 554 rtsp

Open TCP Port: 1935 macromedia-fcs

Open TCP Port: 2020 xinupageserver

Open TCP Port: 8080 http-alt

Open TCP Port: 8081 sunproxyadmin

Open TCP Port: 8088 radan-http

The camera is using the port for "xinupageserver".

I just now need to figure out what is this and how would I open up that port so I can us it as the cameras http port (currently set to 80) so that Synology Surveillance Station can see the camera.
