Disabling Click to Exit Full Screen after Command Tab

Hi all,

How can I stop Safari to display "Click to Exit to Full Screen" when I use command+tab to switch to another application then back to Safari? This only happens if say, I watch a fullscreen tutorial video then switch by command+tab to another program to try out what I just learned, then switching back to Safari while the video still kept running.
