Cancelled Apple Music but still charged

Hi, I cancelled my Apple Music subscription last month but have still been charged. How do I get a refund and guarantee I'm not charged again?

first of all I suggest to have a look here View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support to check the status of your subscription. Then have a look here Get help with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support for understand how to get help with purchased items and ask for a refund.
