Itunes says an IPA is downloaded to my mac when it definetly is not. How do I get it to redownload the IPA.

Would have thought it would be able to tell that the IPA was deleted, but I guess not seeing as all it is, is an overpriced PC that is less user-friendly.

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Do you have the app listed in the Apps section of your iTunes library ? If you do then select it and delete it - iTunes looks at what's listed in your library, it doesn't search a computer to see if the actual file is somewhere on it
