Dictionary "Content Not Available"

My Dictionary app seems to be malfunctioning. When using force touch to look up a word I get an error "content not available" (see photo).

When I open the Dictionary app and search for a word, no definitions populate (see photo).

By mistake the image was posted two times , enter into the user library , find a folder Preferences > inside it search for com.apple.DictionaryServices.plist to the desktop , restart the machine .

Note : For different Mac ( Like Mac Pro , Mac Book air ) the name of dictionary plist could slightly vary .

, if possible post the screen shot of dictionary plist .
