I don't know that I have ever seen it on the phone but I've not had the opportunity to check an Apple OEM refurbished iPhone that thoroughly.
Apple refurbished phones from the Apple online refurbished store ship in boxes labeled as the OP posted in their picture. But, to my knowledge, the only legitimate and official source of those devices in such boxes is directly from Apple itself.
Ultimately, it depends on the source of the device. If it is from a legitimate Apple Authorized re-seller who is allowed, by Apple, access to Apple OEM refurbished devices, then it should be fine. However, I know of no such Authorized re-seller. Authorized re-sellers, at least in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, do not have access to Apple OEM refurbished devices.
There are plenty of unauthorized resellers selling refurb's they purchase from owners, but at that point its just another used iphone. There are also plenty of black and gray market sellers out there.
So those could have been actual Apple OEM refurbished devices, at one point. But unless that seller is authorized by Apple and granted access to OEM refurbished inventory, then they are just selling used iPhones.
Lots of companies also sell "certified" and "refurbished" iPhones - Walmart, BestBuy, Amazon, etc. But those are not certified nor refurbished by Apple. Those companies have their own certification or refurbishment programs, and any warranty on those devices is from them or their contractor, not Apple. The shady ones have been known to put them in Apple packaging though (not saying the three sellers I mentioned do that, but others reportedly have).
