My iphone 7 plus has vertical lines on its screen and I can even see a Ghost words

I didn't drop my phone and I care for it too a lot, but these past few days i got up and open my Phone, suddenly I found that my screen has lines on its screen and ghost pictures/words seems to appear ssometimes as well. Is it okay if I'll bring it to an appl center or request for an LCD replacement?

Please follow the steps below:

Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.

If this doesn't work, restore your device.

If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
