can you edit a workout?

I messed up by forgetting to "end" a workout for an hour after I had completed it. Is there any way to edit that? I can't seem to find it, if so.

Hi

No - it is not possible to edit a workout after it has been saved.

If you would like to submit a feature request to Apple, then you can do so here:

https://www.apple.com/feedback/watch.html

If you wish to delete a saved workout:

  • On your iPhone, in the Activity app, go to: Workouts (tab) > swipe left on a workout to delete it.
  • Or on your iPhone, in the Health app, go to: Health Data > Activity > Workouts > Show All Data > swipe left on a workout.

To add workout data manually to the Health app:

On your iPhone, in the Health app (red heart on a white background), go to: Health Data (tab) > Activity > Workouts > tap the "+" sign (upper-right) > enter data as desired (workout types include Traditional Strength Training).
