how to highlight event in apple calendar

Hi, I am on the newest version of Apple Calender and am wondering how to highlight an event permanently or an entire calendar. For a calendar that I am subscribed to, every event is highlighted in red, and I would like to do the same for my personal events, but instead it is a blue dot and no highlight.

For example, and event in the subscribed one is: Event Tomorrow

But in my personal calendar it is: •Event Tomorrow (with the dot in blue)
