Blocked Phone Number Voicemails

I blocked a phone number but I think they left me a voicemail and I cannot find it. I went to "Phone" > "Voicemail" > Scrolled to bottom. It only shows "Deleted Messages" not "Blocked" voicemails that someone said should be there. Is there any way to check it?
