Is it possible to remove the memory card in my iPhone 5s?

That was my phone a few years ago until its battery had some kind of abnormality and the screen doesn't light up anymore no matter how long I've charged it, so I bought a new phone instead of having it repaired because having it repaired will cost me a lot, and I prefer to pay for a new phone rather than a repaired & outdated one. Unfortunately, I haven't backed anything up, so I'd like to know whether it's possible to remove its memory card for me to retrieve the old photos and videos in it. Thank you.
