Of course you can.
The usual way is to use the Flipped effect.
Alternatively, you can achieve the same thing by making the scale negative: e.g. flip an image or clip horizontally by making the X scale be -100%

I couldn't follow "Flop Filter". I tried in help search as 'Filter' and 'Flop Filter', but didn't help. Also I want to know, what is 'Al'?
It is called "Flipped", as I showed in the screenshot.
Oops, my error.
Flop was the legacy FC Pro name for the FCP X Flipped effect.
Al is my name, short for Allan. 🙂
