Hello,

Can you provide more info? The following steps may help:

Check your touchscreen

Make sure that your hands are clean and dry, then try these steps:

  1. If you have a case or screen protector on your device, try removing it.
  2. Clean the screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
  3. Unplug your device.
  4. Restart your device. If you can't restart it, you can force restart your device.

If your touchscreen still doesn't respond like it should, contact Apple Support or take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Hi, I have problem with my sensor on iPhone 6. Dont work. Is that fabric mistake or have some option in phone can I fix that?

There are no settings in the phone for the proximity sensor. Take off any cases and/or screen protectors you have on the phone. If it still doesn't work, make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or contact Apple Support using the Contact Support link at the top right of every page of these forums.
