How can i remove the slow motion of my videos using go pro hero 5? I was changing the setting, however i really need the video from my go pro to be the same quality and speed.

Can you be more specific regarding your goal here?

High-speed (frame rate) videos are automatically recognized as such by QT X which then automatically opens the user interactive "Slo-Mo" control bar. Basically you have four options here:

Adjust the "Slo-Mo" control bar for zero duration "Slo-Mo" playback. (I.e., slide both "Slo-Mo" markers all the way to the right or left of the "Slo-Mo" control bar as depicted below:

  • Watch the video in a media player app that does not automatically support "Slo-Mo" playback.
  • Don't record GoPro videos in the high-speed mode.
  • Transcode your high-speed videos to videos having normal (e.g., 23.976/24, 25, or 29.97/30 fps) frame rates.

The first three options retain the original "quality" of the GoPro recording while the last option has the potential to degrade quality if done improperly. If you must make high-speed (119.88/120 or 239.76/240 fps) recordings, then the best option to create normal, "Slo-Mo" and/or "Fast Motion" playback files would probably be to download and use the free GoPro Studio editing app. This Classic QT 7 based app allows you to segment and transcode your GoPro MP4 recordings to individual GoPro-CinemaForm HD/LPCM MOV clip files creating archival/intermediate editing files having video data rates in the 800-900 mbps range. These files tend to very large compared to your raw video files but retain virtually all of their original visual quality when exported as standard frame rate Cinema, PAL, or NTSC videos with normal, "Slo-Mo", and/or "Fast Motion" playback such as the GoPro examples to be found online on various web sites. E.g., this workflow would allow you to create video segments which can be merged together in a single timeline in the GoPro Studio app. Each segment can be set by the user to play back at normal, "Slo-Mo", or "Fast Motion" and the same segment can be used multiple times at different playback speeds to create things like "Slo-Mo instant playbacks" if so desired. Once you are satisfied with your timeline, you can export the final video file as an H.264/AAC MOV file that is compatible with any Apple OS, IOS, or tvOS device. The app also has other features beyond the scope of your original question which may or may not be of further interest.
