Hi Sharfromri. If the note also includes player controls, play/pause, etc., it's just a relic of the last player you used. The player controls are accessible on the lock screen, as a convenience. They'll go away when you unlock the phone.

Might you be seeing a musical note along with an image of a cord, etc.?

If so, you are being advised to plug your iPhone in to iTunes on your computer. Be certain you are using iTunes 12.6 or later, as this is required to communicate to iOS 10.3.X.

Hi pfjwof. It lets you control the last player (music, video) that you used from the Lock screen. You cannot get it to stop appearing.

This is happening to us also. Yes it goes away when we open the phone but what got it there to begin with and how do I get it to stop appearing?
