Same problem. Can’t cancel subscription because it doesn’t exist. I never subscribed to Starz, anywhere, but have been billed $9.53 monthly, plus $9.53 daily, for the last 3 days. This is ridiculous. Starz offers no direct support. Not sure what to do.

for anyone still having this problem as of 1/1/18- I went straight to starz.com, clicked on HAVE STARZ in the top row, entered my login and password then found subscriptions in the settings, i think, and then select cancel free trial. Bypass Amazon and itunes and all else. I never found the subscriptions on my iphone or my pc with itunes, or even amazon apps.
From a computer:
- Go to www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions
- Next to the 'STARZ' subscription select 'Actions'
- Turn off 'Automatic Renewal'
From a computer:
- Go to www.amazon.com/myvs
- Locate STARZ under 'Your Channels'
- Then select 'Cancel Subscription'
- Follow the directions to complete the cancellation
Apples guidance to cancelling subscriptions will not apply to subscripions bought elsewhere. You will need to contact the supplier.
Same here. Direction from Starz is not working. There is NO subscription tab to manage.
Pressing the HAVE STAR thing on starz.com only takes me to the app, and there’s nothing that allows me to cancel my subscription on the app.
I had the same problem, finally found out you have to go to havestarz on a regular desktop computer, to have the cancellation option.
Or laptop I assume would work too.
I was able to cancel. Select 'Have Starz', select Profile, select Settings icon, on far left select 'Subscriptions' form the menu.
