Power Bank Compatibility

Hello my name is Alex and i have a question if i may.

I have a iPhone 5 and i am curious about something.

iPhone 5 Sepcifications:

4 Inch display with the resolution of 640x1136

Chipset: Apple A6

Dual-Core 1.3 Ghz Swift

1GB of RAM DDR 2

Li-Polymer Battery with 1440mah (1.44A)

These are the main specifications(There are specification regarding camera;features;sound;etc. but they don't really matter in my question)

So the question is:Is it going to affect my battery in any way if i charge my iPhone 5 with a Power Bank.My Power Bank is a Asus Zenpower Pro it has a 10050mah battery and it can charge up to 2 different devices with those 2 outputs(2A at 5V; 2.4A at 5.1V; 2A at 9.1V and 1.5A at 12.1V)Tho i want to use The first Port witch has only 2A at 5V (The second port has the higher voltages).

In conclusion will my iPhone 5 at 1.44A(Comes with a 1A charger at 5V) have any danger if i plug it in a power bank with 2A at 5V?

P.S: My iPhone has 16GB of internal memory.

Anticipated Thanks!

iPhone 5, iOS 10.3.3, null

First of all, USB is an industry standard so no worries there. Second, the indicated charger output is capability, not actual. The actual output is controlled by the receiving device (your iPhone). As long as the charger has at least as much output capability as is needed, you're OK.

It is very important that you use an Apple cable or an Apple-certified cable. All cables on the Apple Store fit one of those categories.

Hi

When using electronic accessories with your iPhone, ensure that they are either genuine Apple products or that they have been certified as Made for iPhone under the MFi program. Certified items come with the "Made for iPhone" logo on them and/or on their packaging.

Genuine Apple Lightning to USB cables have certain text and a serial number printed on them.

Using uncertified or counterfeit accessories may damage your iPhone and/or adversely affect operation. (Apple's warranty - which has likely expired for your current iPhone - also does not cover damage caused by use with a third party product that does not meet Apple's specifications).

An example of an MFi-certified power bank is the "mophie powerstation plus premium Universal Battery Kit", which offers a 12,000 mAh universal battery and a second USB port for charging two devices at the same time:
