When I plug in my earphones the volume on the earphones will go all the way down to mute . Even when I try to manually press the volume up it will automatically go down again to mute and then it will refuse to go up .
I have already reset my phone so many times this isn't changing ! I am currently using iPhone earphones also .
How can I fix this ?
I would try another headset need not be apple headset all 3.5mm minijack headsets work
if that do not do the same, its then the volume buttons on the headset is stuck
