how do I fix an iTunes error 3600

I tried updating my iPhone 4s and the phone isn't working again. Any time I switch the phone on it displays connect to iTunes. I connected it to iTunes to restore the phone but it keep showing iTunes error 3600. Please how do I fix this problem
