my iphone device not recognize in win10

Hello!

I want to backup my data by itunes to move it to new iphone7.

The problem now when I connect my old device (iphone6) to the PC but messege on my win10 appear ''device not recognize''.

I tried to change the cable, PC but still the device not charging via the PC and itunes not read my phone while I'm using the last version of itunes.

I tried another iphone5 and PC read the device correctly.

Try a simple Restart .

Hi. Be sure you have at least iTunes 12.6 on your computer, no just "the latest".
