Apple CarPlay needs improvement

Apply Carplay is difficult sometimes and sometimes not! A prime example is today. I always listen to SoundCloud through the Honda Civic's apply car play, but today every time my phone would go to the lock screen or I'd exit the app it would stop the music. It has never done this before, but it has previously been difficult in other ways. Like when my passenger is trying to type directions onto the screen but he can only do it when I'm stopped. Or, when I'm listening to music and it randomly exits the app. Or, when at random times it won't let me touch anything on the screen until it turns off and back on. And a couple other things that I can just deal with. If this message could please be seen by apple that'd be great!! Is it possible that some of the things could be fixed? Especially about the music. Thank you.
