iTunes store blank on PC

I am running Windows 8.1 Enterprise on a Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop.

I am unable to access -- to see -- the iTunes store. All it shows is a blank screen:

I am running iTunes 12.6.2.20.

I've done everything I can think of. I've uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes several times. I've made sure that iTunes can get through Windows Firewall. I've rebooted my machine many times. I've made sure the clock on my laptop is correct. I've followed apple support instructions that seem even remotely related to the problem.

I'm just at a complete loss to know what's wrong or how to fix it.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
