Hi, I used maps to get back home from a destination I had not been to before. Going to the destination wa fine the voice walked me through every direction. When I selected home te voice was silent so I had to glance at the phone. I cleared the destination and entered my home address thinking it would have the voice speak, but it did not. I have the iPhone 6s Plus and the version is 10.3.3 Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

To enable the voice in the Maps app you need to go to Settings > Maps > Driving & Navigation. In here you will see the different options for how loud the voice is. Choose one other than No Voice or Low Voice and this should fix your problem. Hope this could help!

I used the Maps again when the voice worked, but noticed it actually stopped talking when I turned the ignition on my car and the car's Bluetooth kicked in. As soon as I arrived to the destination and shut the engine, the voice started to speak. My guess is the only way to work around this is to shut off the Bluetooth on the phone. Have you ever ran into an issue like this?

Thanks so much. I checked and saw that Normal Voice wa checked. I did a test this morning and started maps. The voice started to speak. I used the volume button on my iPhone to raise it and the voice stopped. My wife also has an iPhone she has the 6s I have the 6s plus. When I raise the volume on her phone using the volume button on her phone, the voice doesn't stop speaking. She is also on IOS 10.3.3 I'm not sure if this is an issue with the app. I tried staring the app over again and the voice doesn't speak.
