i cannot find Migration Assistant on my MacBook Pro - or the Utilities - help!

I have a new MacBook Air and want to transfer files across from MacBook Pro - however I cannot find the Migration Assistant on the Pro, nor the Utilities. I have searched through all Applications. My Pro is running Sierra 10.12.6.

Any help much appreciated!

In any install of macOS or Mac OS X Migration Assistant is installed in the Utilities folder which is in your Applications folder.

Have you tried typing in Migration Assistant in Spotlight?
