A very hot adapter is a warning. Take notice; get it changed, either free as part of the warranty or as security if the phone is out of warranty.

It is not even 1 month old. I will get a new one but i am scared About permanent damage to the Phone. I Have stopped charging the Phone after i've found out this problem but i am scared something hapenned
If it is less than 12 months old then take/send it back. It will be covered by the warranty. Otherwise, buy a new one. Safety first is my motto.
If the phone has worked properly since you stopped using that adapter, your phone should be okay. How old is it and which country are you from.
The Phone is About 3 weeks old and i am from Czech republic. Everything seems Fine but i heard that Very hot adapter can reduce the Phone life

Ok thank you, i will change the adapter and i will Hope the Phone is Fine. Because they probably won't accept the warrancy when the Phone will be Fine at a first sight fine
