Assuming that your music is in your iTunes media library - no, it will sync back.

if you purchased music, you can redownload after you sign in with your apple id.

If the iTunes backup was stored locally and the computer's iTunes Library contains all the jingles (and the apps/movies/etc., for that matter), when the iGadget is Restored from the backup, the music content will be uploaded as well. Else if it is on the iCloud or the music not on the computer, you will have to redownload as described.

If it is on the local drive, be sure it is password protected so private data will also be backed up and restored.
