You may have to contact the official Apple retail stores for their basic
to intermediate training and learn when they have them. ~ Also some
of the authorized Apple resellers have introductory or informative
learning experience gatherings; and there are Apple user groups.
Several of these I've read into, say you would need to 'bring your Mac'
so a Portable with AC power adapter would be easier than a Mac Mini
{without keyboard, mouse, or display; as these likely won't be available.}
"Mac Basic, Mac Intermediate" & other Product sessions may be scheduled
at an official Apple Store. I see one in my State (the only Apple Store) so a
larger population urban state or smaller affluent country would have others.
Independent Apple resellers may also have some scheduled events for

Hopefully you can locate a convenient source of not too far assistance in this
area. There also are independent training for Apple products, where their staff
has taken courses and knows how to do things; these generally are paid staff.

Among training results, are items that point to Certification and Training courses
that are usually directed at professionals who then teach others or run business.
Professional courses, from independent business as well as Apple. Not basic.
New to Mac - Official Apple Support
So there are tons of bits out there. I've never taken any computer courses, and
in 1984 walked into a tiny computer store and they had Macintosh models. I
was able to use them directly, unlike the IBM monochrome monster pre-PCs.
You should be able to get a user manual, even a Missing Manual or published
book; there also are free user guides for iPhone, iPad, and some Mac in the
Apple Support online. I found one for two different iOS Devices that I now have.
(And have only five different Mac computers here with various Mac OS X.)
But I didn't buy one until for quite awhile later. ~ I was given ones that needed
repair & learned how to fix them; I fixed hundreds to donate, in my spare time.
There still is a lot I do not know about software or writing scripts, or coding.
