Apple TV (4th gen) Kinivo 501BN switcher

When I attempt to use my AppleTV (4th gen) with a Kinivo 501BN switcher, when I attempt to switch to the input port on the switch coming from AppleTV, the switch starts blinking and having issues. It used to work flawlessly then suddenly, BOOM, it stopped. Does anyone know of any compatible HDMI switchers for AppleTV? I know they never stop sending some type of signal to the switch, even when not being used.

Hi. Actually, Apple TV stops sending video when it loses the HDCP connection. Try hitting the Home button on the Siri remote after selecting the input. That works for me when I switch inputs on my TV set.

Nope. I have tried and assume that by 'Home Button' you mean the large black upper portion of the remote. I tried that and have tried 'Menu" and the Kinivo switch just blinks. I can switch back to any other input and they will operate, but AppleTV won't.

The Home button is the one on the right, with a rectangle on it. It's the one you use to turn Apple TV on. As I said, this works for me when switching HDMI inputs on the TV set.
