Iphone 4s Activation Lock

after putting my Iphone 4s in recovery mode after a failed downgrade back to IOS 6.1.3 i got prompted with the same message i was when i tried activating my iphone during the IOS 6.1.3 session.. "Activation Lock" with the unknown Apple-ID being "e●●●●@icloud.com" basically the same one that i see now which is IOS 9.3.5, anything i've tried does not work, and any attempt of finding out who or where that Apple-ID if it even is one originated from.

I would appreciate any sort of help of unlocking and putting my Apple-ID that i am currently using, i have no idea why it would put a useless Activation Lock on my phone after attempt of downgrade and back to upgrading it to it's original state.

Activation Lock Problem

The device is useless without the Apple ID and password to which it is locked. If you don't have it and cannot get it, then the device is useless to you. Return it for a refund, if you can, or take it to an Apple store for an exchange provided they will help you. If you are the original owner then take the device, a copy of your purchase receipt and identity proof to an Apple retailer where they may be able to assist you.

A: Downgrading is unsupported. You can not downgrade.

B: What you've encountered is activation lock. You can ONLY unlock it with the credentials for the account that was used to lock it in the first place. If this is not your account, contact whoever you got the phone from in the first place. If they can't or won't unlock it, it's a brick. There is no way to bypass it without the original sales receipt for the phone.

How exactly were you planning to downgrade from iOS 9.3.5 to 6.1.3?

As noted, the activation lock is not related to the iOS level past 7.x when it was introduced. All versions of iOS past 7 use it. Find My Phone was introduced in iOS 5, so you must have had that enabled and still signed in when you made the update.

Actually, it's doing exactly what it was designed to do.

You probably got an Iphone from someone who used a custom software to "remove" Icloud on your Iphone. These softwares fool the iphone into thinking it does not have one. However, when you try to upgrade or downgrade Iphone, you are not just changing the ios on yor Iphone you are also erasing the custom software that was installed which will cause make you iphone returning to its original settings.

None of these answers seem very helpful, just because i "Locked" my phone from Activation does NOT mean i bought this phone from somebody else, i got this phone from the Apple store a couple of years ago and kept it until now, figuring i had a Iphone 7 Plus i would experiment with my old Iphone 4s instead of putting my new Iphone 7 to risk.

Is there nothing else i can do with my old Iphone 4s? I may aswell throw it away at this point if it's gonna stay like this.

As i said: i tried DOWNGRADING it to which it succeeded but the only con was that it locked me out from Activation completely yet it worked fine for most if not others. Once again, just because i performed this action does NOT mean i bought any of my iphones from another person, all my Apple products, if any, are from any given OFFICIAL APPLE STORE regardless.
