Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD not recognised?

Hello,

Recently bought a Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD audio interface. Connected it using the USB to nothing. No recognition that something has been inserted. Tried usb cables on other things, seem to work. The U-Phoria is on and working, can hear the input through the headphones when the mix is set to hearing only input.

Any ideas why this might be happening? My other audio interface seems to be working but I need the Behringer working by next week, so any help would be appreciated.
