hello friends i have error in my iTunes 12.6.2.20 while i want to update my IPAD Air to 10.3.3
i am using Windows 10
last version of iTunes
my I device is in Recovery mode
my Network connection is in best mode
How i can fix it ? please help ?

I had this exact same problem and what it turns out to be is a communication problem with the device and computer when trying to do the restore. I had to use a different computer which then worked. i am still not able to get it to work on my normal computer and still don't know why. Try on a different computer and see how you go.
