Please see If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support . And please try not to tack onto a thread dealing with an unconnected problem, it just causes confusion.

If the phone is activation locked only the Apple ID and password that was used to enable Find my iPhone can unlock it. There is no other solution.
