Photo stream not working iOS10.3.3

Hi,

since I upgraded to iOS 10.3.3 I can not sync my iPhone 6s with my iCloud photos anymore. If I go Settings>MyName>iCloud> I don´t have there the Photos icon. I tried already disconnect and connect the iCloud Photo library, log out and log in my Apple ID, back up my device and re-install the 10.3.3 again. Nothing worked out so far.

Not sure if that might be connected, but I had iCloud app downloaded to my Windows 10 PC, which recently died...

Not sure what the settings were there anymore...

Any suggestions?

I understand from your post that you cannot sync your photos from your iPhone 6s to iCloud because you no longer have Photos listed in the iCloud settings. While you have reinstalled iOS 10.3.3 the photos feature is still missing. In a situation like this you may need to contact Apple Support for additional assistance.
