Just got the message as below, and then suggested installing an App (VPN). Is it true? Do anyone have the better suggestions if really found a trojan horse? Or will iOS defense it?

Its a scam. iOS cannot get viruses. the fake alert is Clickbait. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THAT APP!!!

Its amazing how hard people try to do this kind of thing. I JUST got a virus fake on my iMac, they are just trying to get me to buy their software.
