My school iPad does not play YouTube while I use the mirroring app. It works with everything else but YouTube.what can I do?
have you tried playing the TY video straight out of Safari? There may be something inherent to the Google/YouTube App that is preventing you or there may be some function you are not seeing to allow this.
if you are using iOS's AirPlay it should be able to reproduce anything on the screen AFIAK.
Does it happen whenever you use YT or when you click the icon to go full screen?

what do you mirror to ? an appletv ? an ligthning bolt to AV converter ? some third party device ?
thats a 3rd party app, not something inherent to what apple provides in iOS.

any 3rd party Apps behavior is entirely up to the developer of that product, not Apple.
It happens as soon as I press the YouTube app or the google drive app that has the attached link it shows it up there but it doesn't play it. It won't do Anything.

Safari wont work either or playing the video from the YouTube app itself. Last year it worked perfect, this year it's not working.
