I have a late 2008 aluminum MacBook Pro with a Windows 10 installation (No OS X)
I want to have a dual boot with Windows 10 and Windows XP, But I am not sure whether or not Windows XP is compatible with my device. Do i need to use OS X to create a partition, or can I just insert my installation disk and install like any other PC?

Check Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support for the compatibility for WXP. You may need to install WXP first, and then W10. Back up all your W10 files before you do this.
Can you check if your current W10 installation is legacy BIOS or UEFI? Run msinfo32 and check the value of BIOS Mode. If it is Legacy, then you can cannot install WXP, because a MBR does not support two boot partitions. When i selected the disk to install windows 10 initially, there were two options: EFI Boot, an one just called Windows. I chose EFI Boot, and I can only assume that means Windows 10 is installed in EFI mode. Will that help?
use a virtual machine like oracle virtualbox it's free

If W10 is installed EFI Boot, you can install WXP as a legacy BIOS installation. Expect problems.
