Wifi calling not working

I recently have switched to a satelite internet provider. Ever since, I have been unable to enable wifi calling. I do not believe that it is the Network. The installer was able to use wifi calling on his phone without issue (his was a Samsung). I have tried restarting my phone, resetting the network, and a factory reset on my phone (iPhone 7). My husbands wifi calling (iPhone 5c) works off and on. I have been in contact with my provider, Verizon, and they have reset the setting on their side as well and nothing has worked. The only two possible issues I can think of is:

1. My network security/firewall is somehow blocking wifi calling or certain IP addresses? I'm not completely informed of how these things work, but it's the only thing I can think of.

2. It's an issue with the phone itself. I kind of doubt this since my husbands phone is so finicky about it as well.

Does anyone know how to test to see if it's the firewall or network security program? Or any other ideas of how to get wifi calling working?

It's still a Verizon problem; they control WiFi calling from the network side. You need to escalate within Verizon's support. Keep in mind that the people who actually answer the phone know nothing for the most part; all they do is read scripts. You need to get to tier 2 at least.

One thing you might try on the phone is Settings/General/Reset network settings. You will lose WiFi passwords, but nothing else. Another thing to try is see if there is a carrier data update. Go to Settings/General/About and tap on the carrier's name. If there is an update this will install it.

Most users find it best to force wifi by putting phone in airplane mode AND then turn wifi back on.

You just have to remember to turn airplane mode off when you go out.

Go to settings - mobile data turn wifi calling off then back on again

Contact your network provider for advice you may need a SIMCARD update.

If this doesn't work try calling apple.

Thank you for your reply. So far, it will not even allow me to enable wifi calling. If I try to, I receive a notification saying, "To allow wi-fi calling on this account, contact Verizon." However, Verizon has done everything they can on their side and it still isn't working. I will let my husband know about putting it in airplane mode. That may be helpful for him. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I'm continuing to discuss it with Verizon and so far we have not reached a solution. They also suggested a network reset, with no result. I also checked to see if my phone was up to date for iOS and Verizon and everything seems to be in order.
