Apps become com.apple.mobileinstallation after updating

Today App Store updates 5 apps automatically and it shows a message box which says one of them cannot update now. After I click the Retry, all 5 apps that are updating become something like this:

1. All 5 apps don't have their original icons and names.

2. Some of them will show Loading but will stuck at about 2/3 (Just before installing I guess) and at the same time in the App Store the process comes to 100%. Other apps show Waiting or com.apple.mobileinstallation.

3. If I press the "X“ to delete an app of these 5 apps, it will become Loading and get stuck just like above.

4. I have tried rebooting my iPhone, deleting apps through Settings > Storage, Removing apps through iTunes sync, deleting apps through 3rd party software, logging out and logging in App Store after rebooting, logging out my Apple ID totally and logging in after rebooting and disabling all network connection when deleting the apps. ALL OF THEM DON'T WORK.

Anyone has other way that could solve the problem. Thanks!

Hi. That com.apple.mobileinstallation means that the app has not installed correctly.

The normal solution is to delete them from Settings > General > Storage and iCloud Usage > Manage Storage, then download again from the Purchased section of the app store. But you say you have already done this.

Is it possible that your device cannot access an Apple server needed to verify the download?

Is your device jailbroken?

Hi! Thank you for your reply!

I have solved this weird and nasty problem by myself. I try a 3rd party tools that can update apps through my PC and it works. All the apps are now working properly.

However, if I try downloading any apps through App Store, it still gets stuck. So I have to download or update my apps by my computer. Is there any way that could solve this?

Thank you all the same.

1. I have never had my device jailbroken.

2. I tried reset all the setting and it didn't work as well.

3. I downloaded another app that differs from these 5 apps and it also stuck when loading, however, I could remove the this app through iTunes. But the loading process in App Store still stuck. So I guess there may be problems in verifying the download. Could you please offer me some ways that I could try to solve that.
